To ensure your participation, please complete your registration payment prior to the specified deadline for your chosen category. Failure to remit funds by the due date will result in the automatic application of the subsequent, higher fee. Please note that registrations remain invalid and will not be processed until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
Registration fees provide no coverage for personal accidents, illness, travel cancellations, or the theft and loss of property. It is strongly recommended that all attendees secure comprehensive personal insurance to protect against these risks throughout the event.
Upon submission of the Online Registration Form, all attendees will be issued a formal registration summary and an automated email confirmation. This notification will verify the receipt of funds and specify any remaining balance required to finalize the transaction..
All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges.

To ensure proper allocation of funds, all bank transfers must include the specific REGISTRATION NUMBER and PARTICIPANT'S NAME within the transaction details. Remittances lacking this identifying information cannot be processed or verified.
The payment by bank transfer is available until 29 June 2018. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

If an online credit or debit card transaction is declined, delegates should re-access the Online Registration Form to attempt the process again. If the issue remains unresolved, please verify with your financial institution that online and international transactions are enabled for your card. Once confirmed, the registration and payment can be resubmitted for processing.

All online transactions are conducted through the GP webpay secure gateway, which adheres to the most stringent international security protocols. This system complies with the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards, collectively known as 3D Secure. These frameworks are implemented to guarantee the highest level of encryption and fraud protection for every payment. The final invoice is not issued automatically and will be generated by the Secretariat only upon specific request. To obtain your formal receipt, please contact our administration directly.
Final invoices are generated using the specific information submitted during the registration process. Any subsequent modifications to these details, such as address or VAT updates, must be requested within three days of the initial registration and will incur a 20 EUR administrative processing fee.
Until 10 May 2018 - 50 EUR administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds.
From 11 May 2018 until 22 June 2018 - 50% of the fee will be refunded.
From 23 June 2018 no refund can be processed.
Until 22 June 2018 - 20 EUR administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds.
From 23 June 2018 - no refund can be processed.
Group registrations cannot be processed online using a single email identification; each participant must have a unique profile associated with an individual email address./p>
If you are registering multiple individuals under a single corporate entity or invoice, please consult the Secretariat first. This will allow us to establish your preferred invoicing configuration before the transactions are processed.

By registering, the participant agrees that the organizers are not liable for any damage claims if the event is obstructed or canceled due to unforeseen political or economic developments or instances of force majeure. Furthermore, no claims may be lodged if program adjustments are required due to the absence of speakers or other logistical necessities. Registration constitutes a formal acceptance of these conditions.
